Role Overview:
We're looking for a data-driven, creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and scale our D2C operations. You'll manage a substantial marketing budget while developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize a $10M+ annual marketing budget across multiple digital channels
• Drive end-to-end growth marketing strategy and execution
• Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid social, SEM, and programmatic
• Develop and optimize the full-funnel marketing strategy
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new growth channels
• Build and analyze complex data sets to inform marketing decisions
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists
Job requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Proven track record in D2C, gaming, or e-commerce industries
• Expert in performance marketing and customer acquisition
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated success managing large marketing budgets ($5M+)
• Experience with marketing and BI analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities
Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in paid social and native platforms
• Expert in SEM and in Google Analytics
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
• Proficient in data visualization tools
• Understanding of SQL and marketing automation
